What does this cost?

We are certainly not the cheapest but when it’s your reputation on the line, we’ll ensure a quality product that is a real asset to your business.

Everyone has different needs but the end result is much the same. You need your information online and we’re here to help you do that in a timely, stylish, and cost-effective way. Don’t worry if you think what you are looking for doesn’t fall into one of these three plans. This is purely to give you a general idea of cost, and remember we can arrange payment plans and are flexible with limited budgets. We can takes things step by step.

Please keep in mind that your website is a tool, an extension of  your brand, an investment and a potentially major asset to your business. It is easy to get lost in pricing and to think thousands is too much to spend on something, you will benefit from it for years and years to come.

Additional Website Costs

Address / Name / Domain

You may already have your own domain name (www.yoursitename.co.za) or you may be starting fresh and need to think of one. Whatever you choose there is a yearly charge to owning your domain.This cost varies depending on domain type.

Home / Hosting

Every site requires hosting on a server to make it permanently visible on the Internet. You will pay a monthly fee directly to whichever hosting company you choose for as long as you choose. Most plans start at around R80/month. We offer hosting for a affordable fee if you want have us assist you in maintaining your site.

TLC / Maintenance

Some websites will need updates to be made, whether it’s a simple price change, new photos being uploaded, or text being modified. I charge fees commensurate with the frequency of changes you think you’ll need. If you think there will be many changes per month then I come up with a low monthly fee. If you think it will only be a handful of times per year I will only charge a fee as those changes arise. Ultimately it’s up to you how you would like to handle this.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, check, PayPal and EFT.

We require 50% upfront and the remainder on job completion.

Keep in mind we treat every project differently. We take into account your budget and your type of business. For instance we will lower prices for non-profits whose causes we stand behind as we believe in doing our part to benefit the growth of something that’s benefits the community.
